As the Covid-19 guidelines are relaxed we are taking steps to return toward our normal working practices, while remaining mindful of our duty to protect the safety of our clients, colleagues and the general public.

Our office at 18-20 St Matthew’s Street, IP1 3EU is now open from,

Monday – Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Please note that we can only accomodate a maximum of visitors on site at a time.

As such, where possible, we ask that you phone ahead before visiting.

We have hand sanitisation facilities on site and while we ask that all visitors to our office please bring their own facemask, we can provide masks should you forget your own!

Wherever possible we will continue to minimise face to face contact.

If not face to face, funeral arrangements can in most cases be made by phone, email, or by a variety of conference call platforms (Zoom, skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, etc. ).

Statutory paperwork will be sent electronically where possible.

There are still some limitations on our ability to provide conveyance for families (limousines or taxis), the most up to date information willl be given on enquiry.

If you or your family members are unable to attend a funeral service we have the facility to provide live streaming and recording of the service.

We are no longer able to accept memorial donations as cash. Provision can be made to collect donations via online memorial pages using JustGiving. We are still able to receive donations made by cheque.

Please do contact us if you have any questions.

Thank you for your understanding.
